Well done to the children who got 100% attendance for Autumn Term 1!
Your seaside projects all look amazing! Super effort and creativity!
We had a fabulous time at Cadbury World learning about the history of chocolate and Mrs Wilkins, Miss Bale and Miss Devine were incredibly impressed with your behaviour!
Yesterday we had Derbyshire Fire and Rescue Service in school to show us a smoke alarm and teach us how to ‘stop, drop and roll’.
Today we have been participating in a role play activity showing our Fairtrade learning.
You have put so much effort into the chocolate homework a big well done!
We have all just been to visit Santa, hope you have all been good this year!
We had a brilliant first day back finding out about our new topic ‘Land Ahoy’. We made boats using different materials and discovered if our boats could float or if they sank! We also made items to take on our boat, we had eye patches, telescopes, flags and even a hook!
We were very lucky to have Steady in for our basketball lesson today! Over the next few weeks we are going to be learning special basketball skills and we are really excited!
We have had an amazing day for Times Table Rockstars! We completed lots of fun multiplication activities and even battled each other on the iPads! Super effort from everyone dressing up we all had a brilliant time!
Purple class boat patchwork. The children did really well with using a needle and sewing their sails on.
Welcome back hope you all had a lovely half term! We are excited to be learning about our new topic ‘From Field to Fork’. The first day back was our hook day and we enjoyed being in the hall watching the teachers cook pancakes! We then got to taste a pancake in class! Yummy!
