Welcome to our class page. We will share with you the wonderful things we have been getting up to.
In Gold Class we work hard, explore and have lots of fun enjoying learning every day. We try very hard to keep our pegs on the sunshine by following our Golden Rules. We can earn marbles for our good behaviour and even work towards class treats or individual prizes out of the dippy box.
We are so incredibly proud of Gold Class 😊. This week a parent came to tell us how at a birthday party outside of school, Gold Class children's attitude and thoughtfulness was delightful! What a wonderful class of stars we have!
Meet the Gold Class team
Mrs Taylor is our Class Teacher
Our Teaching Assistants are
Miss Meredith & Mrs Simpkins
Miss Clarke is our Midday Supervisor who looks after us at Lunch time.
This is our Class Mascot Pongo.
Our class mascot has finally got a name as the children voted on Friday and decided to call the penguinPongo!
The children were very happy to get our penguin back after the Big Bad Wolf had stolen him.
Pongo likes watching us working hard. He also likes to see who is sitting smart on the carpet and using their kind hands. Our mascot helps Mrs Taylor decide which the Stars of the Week are, and likes cuddle and stories.
This is NoseyBear. Nosey Bear tells Class what we are learning all about and checks we are doing our busy jobs. He also picks children to get a prize out of the dippy box.
Congratulations this week to our super star learners:
🌟Alfie for his super attitude to learning and for trying hard in his writing.
Harley for having a good go at reading and writing all week🌟
Stars of the week can impress Mrs Taylor, Miss Meredith and Mrs Simpkins by working hard, making good choices and keeping to the Golden Rules.
Writer of the week
Sebastian for his amazing writing this week labelling parts of a plane
Mathematician of the week
Ffion for her amazing vocabulary and use of the ten frame this week.

We are earning marbles in Gold Class for our excellent behaviour. This week we have earned 40 marbles! Well done Gold Class.
Keep up the good work.
Don't forget to read at home and fill in your reading diary every day.
Practice your numbers, sounds and try your homework challenge too.
The Christian Value this term is PERSEVERANCE. Children that demonstrate perseverance in their work and attitude in school will be praised and celebrated. " I can do all things through Him who strengthens me " (Philippians 4.13)
