This half-term we are learning all about the Ancient Egyptians in our theme ‘Mummy’s Home’. Will look closely at how this ancient civilisation ruled through their beliefs, traditions and way of life. Within our English, we will be making links to a famous wishing story set in the desert. We will analyse a model text of Aladdin, extending what we know and considering what could have been... In P.E. We are moving on to gymnastics and hockey (weather permitting).
A really busy half-term with lots going on. Parent’s evening w/c 11th November and some of Year 6 will be off to London the week after. Class 12 are working really hard. Continue to use Mathletics, TT Rockstars, SPAG.com and Reading Eggs alongside practising spellings at home please. Remember: complete homework little and often for best results.
